More about the process:

  1. Initial conversation to review your resume with you so you pick the best package.
  2. You are a vital part of the editing process.  Edits can go back and forth until it is right for you, making sure that it tells your story.
  3. Your resume must be accurate and authentic.
  4. The project is complete when we determine that it is correct and  you “shine.”

Resume Editing:

Premier – Professional / Executive Level Resume – $500
Senior executive or aspiring to become one (i.e., President,  Chief Executive Officer,  Chief Information Officer, Executive Vice President, Vice President,  Director, Regional / District Manager, Engineering, Telecommunications or IT Manager)

Professional – Mid-Career Resume & Update Revision – $250
Clients with more than two years of experience.

  • Revamp existing resume to be more focused on current position / job search
  • Discuss with client to bring out strengths / skills

Basic – Student / New Resume – $150
Help clients build a resume from their education / work experience.

Quick Revision – $75
Just as it says, you need a quick update, want a professional to assist you with some rewording or bring it up-to-date.

Cover Letters – $50

LinkedIn profile update – $150 – 400

  • Updates range depending on how in-depth the update or revision is to help build a strong presence.
  • Important to keep your profile up-to-date – it is your online resume, tells others what you do and how you are involved in your community.

Career Coaching:

  •  Personal Statements: 30-second and 90-second “tell me about you”
    •   your job search “elevator” statement has a specific focus.
  • Social media for Job Searching
    •  basics for using LinkedIn and Facebook in your job search
  • Networking during your Job Search
    • this is a different type of networking, learn how to connect “in-person” and via social media.
  • Interview Preparation
    • there’s thinking you know how to interview and then there’s prepping for an interview with practicing interview questions (there are some pretty interesting questions out there).
  • Negotiating the offer
    •  it’s not all about salary.
